The Kentucky Civic Trust is a practitioner-led initiative in Kentucky designed to strengthen the field of non-partisan civic infrastructure – place-based organizations and networks working to strengthen civic health – across all regions of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The Kentucky Civic Trust was founded by the Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange, CivicLex, and the Kentucky Civic Education Coalition. It is currently housed under fiscal sponsorship with the Blue Grass Community Foundation and supported by the Trust for Civic Life.
